Files a review reads
- PDF files, including scans
- Photos and scans as JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or HEIC
- Plain text files
Each file’s type (passport, proof of funds, and so on) is suggested when you add it. Check the suggestion and change it if it is wrong: the checklist and several findings depend on it.
A file that cannot be used, such as one that is protected by a password or is damaged, is marked with the reason and left out of the review.
Size
One review takes up to 300 pages in total. A file of more than 150 pages counts as two reviews against your plan.
The daily limit
A firm can start 25 reviews in a day, unless we have agreed another number with you. It protects every firm from a runaway cost if an account is misused. When the limit is reached, a red banner says so on every screen with the time reviews start again, and New review is switched off until then.
