Saving
A report is saved only when you choose Save. It is encrypted on your computer with your firm’s key before it is stored, so nobody outside your firm can read it, and that includes us.
A report you have not saved lives in the browser tab. Closing the tab or signing out loses it.
How long reports are kept
Saved reports are kept for 12 months, and the oldest are then removed. You can delete one from its menu at any time, or delete all history in Settings.
The documents themselves are never kept. They are deleted when the review ends.
Checking again
When a corrected document arrives, open the report and choose Replace a file and re-check. The answers and the other files are carried over. The new report offers What changed: what was fixed, what is new, and what is still open.
Checking again is a new review and counts as one.
Who in the firm sees saved reports
Everyone in the firm who holds the firm’s key. A new member sees them once an owner has shared the key with them, in Settings under Members.
Still stuck? Write to support, and never include a client's name, documents, or identifiers.
