Create your firm
Sign up with your firm’s name, your name and mobile number, roughly how many files you prepare a month, and your licence. During the pilot your place is held at once. We then email you a six-digit code to confirm the address.
Set up your keys
Your saved reports are encrypted with keys that are made on your computer. During setup you choose how to unlock them:
- A passkey, such as Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key. One tap signs you in and unlocks.
- A passphrase, with a password and a code from an authenticator app to sign in.
You are then shown a recovery code, once. Store it somewhere safe, such as a password manager. It is the only way back to your saved reports if you lose your passkey or forget your passphrase.
While your licence is checked
Your licence is checked by hand against the public register, and we email you when it is done. Meanwhile, open the sample case: a full report on a made-up file, with a short tour.
Your first review
Choose New review, pick the program (the planned date is today unless you change it), and add the documents. You confirm what is sent. Once the files are read, check what was found: the people, the label, and what each file is (for a family, see Files with several applicants). Then the review runs.
