During the pilot
A pilot firm has 20 reviews a month, free. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for. The usage chip in the sidebar shows how many are left and when they come back: on the first of each month.
If your firm needs more before then, a banner says so and New review is switched off. Ask us, by phone, WhatsApp, or email from the contact page, and we add more for that month at no charge.
After the pilot
Pilot firms that stay pay half price for their first year of a plan. We tell you well before the pilot ends.
A monthly plan for the firm with a number of reviews included. Everyone in the firm can use it on every plan. Pricing explains what counts as a review.
Extra reviews and the spending cap
When the included reviews are used, each further review has a set price. The owner sets a monthly cap on those charges, which starts at zero. Before any review runs, the Confirm screen says what it takes from your plan, and an extra review needs your agreement each time.
When the plan’s reviews are used and the cap is reached, a red banner says so and New review is switched off until the cap is raised, the plan is changed, or the plan renews.
Paying, invoices, and cancelling
The owner and any billing contact manage the plan in Settings, under Plan and usage. Payment pages are Stripe’s own and open in a separate tab, so your session stays as it is. Invoices are listed in Settings.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and saved reports stay readable.
What we never charge for
A review that fails on our side is not counted.
